The policy paper was developed using data gathered from comprehensive research on poverty, employment, and labor rights in Armenia’s two regions with the highest poverty levels: Shirak and Gegharkunik. Based on this research findings, recommendations were formulated and directed towards various stakeholders, including the Government represented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, the Ministry of Health, the National Assembly Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs, the Health and Labor Inspection Authority, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia, and other relevant parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
