The study aims to provide a systematic examination of the discursive and structural mechanisms employed to target civil society and the media landscape in the lead-up to the forthcoming parliamentary elections. It analyzes the narratives advanced by domestic and external actors, assesses their impact on civil society’s operational capacity and democratic processes, and explores the resilience mechanisms of civil society, situating the Armenian case within the broader context of regional developments and comparative experience.
